Vino is excited to introduce three new wines by Dalle Nostre Mani! Operated by two young wine enthusiasts — Giulio Wilson Rosetti and Lapo Tardelli — this Tuscan winery (located west of Florence) promotes organically-grown local varieties and minimal intervention in the cellar (“dalle nostre mani” means “from our own hands”).
Dalle Nostre Mani Trebbiano “Gagio” 2010
$12
Using organically grown fruit, this 100% Trebbiano is carefully fermented at controlled temperatures to produce a wine with rich aromatic character. Only the best grapes are picked after being ripened to optimum levels.
Dalle Nostre Mani Sangiovese “Arialdo” 2010
$12
This 100% Sangiovese is vinified in stainless steel containers and then bottled and left to rest for several months before its release. “Arialdo” offers all the hallmarks of typical Sangiovese, from its red berry aroma to its solid, well balanced acidity.
