Broadside is a collaberation between winemakers Chris Brockway of Broc Cellars and Brian Terrizzi of Giornata. This artisinal production is part of a new trend sweeping through California, where concentration is focused on the place of origin with minimal tampering by the winemaker. Their 100% Cabernet Sauvignon comes exclusively from the elevated Santa Margarita Vineyard in Paso Robles just 14 miles from the cool currents of the Pacific Ocean. Harvesting at lower sugar levels and using little new oak gives their wines a finesse that makes them ideal for pairing with food.
