Dalle Nostre Mani is located west of Florence in Fucecchio (just after Empoli on the road from Florence to Pisa). Operated by two young wine enthusiasts — Giulio Wilson Rosetti and Lapo Tardelli — this Tuscan winery specializes in organically-grown local varieties while promoting minimal intervention in the cellar. For their Chianti Classico "101", Sangiovese is blended with smaller amounts of Canaiolo, sourced from the oldest and steepest vineyards.
