Ronco dei Tassi "Clic" Bianco delle Venezie 2010 (Friuli, Italy) (1 Liter)

Friulano, Cardonnay and Riesling are grown under contract to Ronco dei Tassi by farmers in the Collio,Colli Orientali and Grave appellations. Vines are up to 45-years-old. Fruit is rigorously selected and hand-harvested. After soft pressing the wine is fermented using selected yeasts in temperaturecontrolled stainless steel. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation. Screwcap closure. The wine’s name, “Clic,” was inspired by a Friulian dialectal term meaning “a small glass of wine shared with friends.”
