Endrizzi Teroldego Delle Venezie 2010 (Trentino, Italy) (1 Liter)

100% Teroldego cultivated in the Vallagarina south of Trento by growers under contract with the Endrici family. The grapes are trained in the traditional pergola style. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with a ten-day maceration. As is typical of wines made with grapes grown outside the Campo Rotaliano, this IGT Teroldego is medium-bodied with brisk acidity, mild tannins and fresh berry and herbal aromas.
