Vin comes to Vino
This Friday sees Vino embark on a new era, as we feature our first ever all-French tasting! Despite recent reports of an impending break-up of the marriage between Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni (above) we like to think that France and Italy can coexist in harmony, even on the shelves at Vino, where we’ve been doing our bit to bolster Franco-Italian relations.
As you are probably now aware, over the last couple of weeks we have been introducing products from parts of the world besides Italy. France will feature strongly in our selection of old world classics, and this Friday you can try three of our favorite French products which are already in stock, including a white Burgundy, Syrah from the Northern Rhône and a six-year-aged Armagnac!
Taste all three from 5:30-7:30pm this Friday. Allez!
