Title to all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase.
By requesting shipping, you authorize Vino to arrange delivery through a common carrier on your behalf.
Vino is not responsible for delays or damage caused by extreme weather conditions during shipment.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, unless otherwise specified.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer.
Vino is not liable for mishandling, delays, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, all return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
In the unlikely event of damage in transit, the buyer assumes responsibility, as carriers do not reimburse for alcohol shipments.
